I've found them both:

1. 'Field of Need' Series by Starwinder.

2. Needing the Words by Wyndewalker.

I'm looking for two fics, both slash:

1. Set in the ATF universe I think, at least it's modern. Vin and Ezra buy a house together ( I think it is because they want to have an excuse to hide their relationship.) The house is old but have a lot of valuable things in it. Nathan contacts the lawyer who sells the house and tells him this, but the lawyer says that the house is so hard to sell so he is just glad to be rid of it.
Vin falls into a come after a bust goes wrong and Chris goes kind of crazy and tries to rape Ezra.
(This was a WIP last I read it, with several parts)

2. This is also set in the ATF universe, it's a C/V/E threesome. Vin is the glue that holds C and E together, at least accordingly to Ezra. When Vin leaves town Ezra stays at home wanting to go to Chris, but he thinks Chris doesn't want im without Vin. Chris calls and asks Ezra if he isn't coming for dinner, Chris realizes that Ezra needs to hear the words and not just see the actions of Chris to believe that Chris loves him...

Does any of these seem familiar? Please help me...
