Trouble with the layout!

7men1destiny source code and help us figure out why is the first post breaking the layout, and why we can't move the header links all the way to the left so that they don't cover the header in IE. There is no such problem in Firefox 3.

pezgirl7 has been gracious enough to donate her time, and her advice helped me solve some other problems, but this one is persistent. Anybody else have any ideas? I'm hoping to have everything finished by tonight, including the header.
